Tooling & Casting Processes

Our vertically-integrated manufacturing includes in-house tooling and casting capabilities. We control the alloy melt through gravity casting and die-casting, enabling ultra-thin walls, complex geometries, and repeatable high-volume performance. 

Capabilities include:
  • 3 non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces for precise alloy composition
  • 20 gravity casting units + 6 high-tonnage die-casting machines
  • Tool design & maintenance in-house to support complex geometry parts
  • Process controls for shrinkage, porosity, and thermal distortion

Precision Machining & Secondary Operations

After casting and heat treatment, we deliver finished components via precision machining, surface preparation, and final assembly. Our machining fleet and in-house secondary operations ensure consistent tolerance, cleaning, finishing, and testing.
Highlights:

  • 5 machining centres, 18 CNC lathes, 30 conventional lathes, 10 milling machines
  • Ultrasonic cleaning, shot-blast & vibratory finishing, automated painting line (300 m)
  • Assembly lines (6 units) integrating sub-components, sealing, lubrication & testing

Surface Treatment & Assembly Testing

Our finishing and assembly capability ensures durability, performance, and aesthetics. From corrosion-resistant coatings to functional testing, each part is validated to meet global standards.
Services include:

  • Heat-treatment (T6, solution & aging) for enhanced fatigue strength
  • Shot-blast, polishing, painting, coating, and adhesion tests
  • Functional testing: torque/stroke/air-tightness for actuator & gearbox products
  • Final inspection & report prior to packaging and shipment
